On the one hand they argue that men who murder pregnant women should be charged with DOUBLE homicide, but on the other hand they claim that the child in the womb is non human...Is the child in the womb "human" or "non human" depending on how the parents perceive it? If so, can a women murder her husband if she denies his humanity? Did you know that the woman who founded planned parenthood (Margaret Sanger) despised African Americans? she even said "blacks are like weeds that need to be exterminated"... which explains why most planned parenthood clinics are located in black neighborhoods... Interesting how democrats were the ones who supported slavery, segregation and now abortion, yet they are the "Good guys".. What is even sadder is that most African Americans support this political party... It's also depressing to see the "black lives matter" movement totally ignoring the millions of black babies who are aborted every single year in the U.S..

The Constitution doesn't give any rights at all. It just makes sure the government knows it has limits. Anything the Constitution would allow would be a privilege, not a right. If a right can be given by a document, the right can be taken away by that document. A document or law can only give/take a privilege, but it can't legally take rights. You have the right to breathe, but it's not in the Constitution, so I guess we have to hold our breath? She is correct. The right to an abortion is not in the Constitution either. And I have to ask, since when is murder considered a right? But I don't need a document to tell me I have the right to breathe, get married, walk to the store, etc. Only evil governments suppress human rights.
